We found the resort very accommodating for guests with disabilities, with spacious common areas and accessible pathways that made navigating the beautifully landscaped gardens and pools easy. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist, which made our stay comfortable. The location was wonderful, as it offered a peaceful beach area with cozy pavilions, enhancing our relaxation experience.

I loved the food at Crystal Centro Resort. the kitchen crew really knows what they're doing. The variety at the buffet was impressive, with delicious grilled meats and amazing desserts that had everyone raving. The evening entertainment was a highlight, especially the shows in the amphitheater. Our room was spacious and well-designed, making it comfortable to relax after a busy day. I appreciated the cleanliness and effort the staff put into maintaining the areas. However, there were a few hiccups. Check-in was frustrating. we felt ignored while waiting at reception. The elevators were a nightmare during peak times, adding unnecessary stress to our day. Also, we noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, which detracted from the experience. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly atmosphere and overall design of the hotel made for a memorable stay. Spending time at the beautiful pier bar is definitely a plus, and special shoutout to Mustafa, who worked tirelessly to make every meal enjoyable. But I wish the kids club had more activities—it could really enhance the experience for families.

The elevator situation in the evening was a complete hassle!!! Folks, don’t expect a lively neighborhood outside the resort, it's all quite bland!!!

Lots of fun at the water park, perfect for families. Room cleanliness dropped significantly during our stay. Friendly entertainment staff made evenings enjoyable, but the kids' club could use more activities. Great location near the beach for relaxing.

With a good variety at the buffet and a beautiful pool area, there was always something to enjoy. The attention to detail from the staff made us feel welcomed, providing a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay.

Recommend it for a relaxing getaway

The service was great, especially with Mustafa, our favorite,, who worked tirelessly from breakfast through dinner. The food was an experience on its own,, we even tried the artisan bakery for late-night snacks.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! the pool area was fantastic, offering a great variety of snacks and refreshing drinks, and the kids club kept my little one entertained for hours. compared to my previous trip to Antalya, this place truly exceeded expectations with its variety of dining options AND the warm atmosphere.
